OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tohan Bibianè is glad to offer you a spot in our runway line up. This agreement is strictly by invitation and only applies if you have been personally invited by Tohan Bibianè to feature. This Offer only applies to one of the dates of the show you were innvited to and it is exclusive, not transferable and contingent on the following agreement.

I understand and agree that my walk dress/outfit and lineup placement will be provided at no expense to me which is a $1,850 value. 

 

I understand that photos of me in Tohan Bibianè outfit(s) may be captured and used where ever legal worldwide and Tohan Bibianè has no control of this. 

 

I understand and agree that photos of may may also be taken by Tohan Bibianè or its assignees and Tohan Bibianè reserves all right and ownership worldwide to those photos and its usage worldwide. 

 

I understand and agree that Tohan Bibianè and assignees retains permission to license all images and sound recordings and to use of images and sound recordings in any media for any purpose legally acceptable worldwide which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing, sales and packaging for any product and more.

 

I understand and agree that Tohan Bibianè owns and retains ownership of all images and sound recordings, in perpetuity. 

 

I understand and agree that the Tohan Bibianè is not liable for any publicity positive or negative that may arise from participation in this event or the use of any media obtained wotldwide. 

 

I acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is binding on all heirs and assignees. 

 

I acknowledge and agrees that this Agreement is irrevocable worldwide and is perpetual.

 

I will NOT, now or in the future hold Tohan Bibiane liable for any damages whatsoever.

 

I agree that I will NOT (now or in the future) seek any compensation from the Tohan Bibianè or carry out any litigation against Tohan Bibianè for any reason whatsoever.
